i wrestle for high school and these help for joint support as i have bad knees. i also have ADHD and i was wondering how many to take because i heard it helps that too. like for focus and concentration and memory. thx in advance

Has anyone tried these pills. I have heard that these pills are great for your heart, brain, skin and eyes. Has it helped anyone? What are the side effects?

I have a friend who is 70 and she takes 3,000 mgs. a day of fish oil capsules as she does not want to take dangerous cholesterol pills that require a blood test every 3 months.In six months she lowered her cholesterol by 30 points.Get the ones that say odorless as you dont want to sweat or breath fish odor.

I was thinking about taking fish oil pills, specifically the "GNC Triple Strength Fish Oil" pills. Would it benefit me in any way? I'm a martial artist and I am currently taking multivitamins alone.

I am nervous about the Triple Omega being a weight-loss pill as well?

oh and the triple omega is supposed to be taken 3times a day, but I usually forget and only take in the morning..

you may as well save some money and get rid of the OneADay vitamins, they are poorly absorbed if at all, and you don't get your money out of them for sure.
If you feel you need a multivitamin, take a liquid multivitamin that is 100% bioavailable.

yes! and between the first layer is tartar sauce, second layer is cocktail seafood sauce, and third layer is a nice orange sodie.

For the first 2 months of pregnancy I've been taking a really expensive, triple tested for mucury fish oil pill. My doctor said not to because of the risk of toxins. I thought there was less of a risk taking the pills then eating fish. But I have since stop because something I read about too much vitamin A in the fish oil plus the Vitamin A in prenatal pill which I also have been taking. They don't even want pregnant women to use skin creams with Vitaman A in them for risk of birth defects. I hope I haven't cause any damage to my baby because of this.

pray that you havent done damage and stop taking it.

try a good prenatal and folic acid supplement instead. folic acid can prevent and in some cases repair damage done.

vitamin k is also helpful. califlower, spinach, greens, brocoli, and cabbage are all very good for you to eat.
